When you purchase a brand new, or nearly new, Kia you have the option to take out the Kia Care package, which can cover 2, 3, 4 or 5 of your services and even an MOT should you wish.

If you already own your vehicle or purchase a used car, then we can set up one of our own Service Plans to take care of your vehicle for however long you intend to own it. Just let us know your mileage and which services you’ve already had and we’ll generate your quote!

We always align your next service with the anniversary of the first date of registration (and not 12 months from the date that a delayed service was completed). Benefits of the Kia e-Care Service Plan

Rotate Tyres

Tyre rotation is important for EVs to even out tyre wear. Variations in tyre tread depths can cause driveability issues, especially on AWD models, as systems may think they have detected wheel slip due to different rolling tyre circumferences. Our service plan package includes an annual check and rotation between front and rear axles to even out wear rates.

Clean Brakes

Due to regenerative braking, the use of the hydraulic braking system on EVs can be significantly reduced. The result of this is that the brake pads do not clean the brake disc surfaces in the normal manner. Our service plan package includes cleaning the brake disc surfaces to avoid corrosion damage to your EV’s brake system.

Battery State of Health

Regular monitoring of your EV’s battery to ensure it is in good condition will give you peace of mind. Our experts will complete a Battery State of Health check and provide you with a report.
